Purchase qualifying Motorola Solutions radios during the campaign period and you may be eligible to receive up to RM700 in Touch ’n Go eWallet credits, depending on the model and quantity purchased.

ELIGIBLE MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS RADIOS
The campaign covers selected Motorola Solutions radio models:
SPECIAL C-SERIES CAMPAIGN PERIOD
C1200 and C2620 are eligible only for purchases made between:
1 – 30 SEPTEMBER 2026
Purchases of C1200 or C2620 made after 30 September 2026 will not qualify for this campaign.
All other eligible models are valid for purchases made from:
1 SEPTEMBER – 18 DECEMBER 2026
HOW TO GET YOUR REWARD
1. PURCHASE
Purchase eligible Motorola Solutions radios from a participating authorised reseller or business partner in Malaysia during the applicable campaign period.
Remember to:
- Keep your Delivery Order (DO), invoice or proof of purchase
- Record the serial number(s) of your purchased radios
2. SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM
Submit your redemption through the official Triple Access campaign Google Form.
You may be required to provide:
- Delivery Order / invoice
- Radio serial number(s)
- Proof of purchase
- Other supporting documents requested by Triple Access
3. BUSINESS PARTNER BUY-BACK
Your participating Business Partner must purchase the corresponding number of eligible Motorola Solutions radios as inventory replenishment.
For example:
15 radio serial numbers submitted
↓
15 eligible radios purchased by the Business Partner
↓
Claim proceeds to verification
The Business Partner’s purchase quantity must be equal to or greater than the quantity submitted for redemption.
4. VERIFICATION
Triple Access will verify:
- Customer purchase eligibility
- Campaign purchase date
- Radio model eligibility
- Serial number validity
- Business Partner purchase quantity
- Purchase documentation
- Matching customer redemption quantity against the Business Partner purchase
Only claims that successfully pass verification will be approved.
IMPORTANT: BUSINESS PARTNER BUY-BACK REQUIREMENT

The Business Partner purchase must be made through the designated authorised channel and supported by valid purchase documentation.
Note: C1200 is excluded from the purchase/buy-back requirement and is not eligible for redemption under this campaign.
DON'T MISS YOUR REDEMPTION DEADLINE
Your redemption submission must be made within 30 days from the date of your eligible purchase, unless otherwise specified by Triple Access.
Late submissions may be rejected.
Make sure all required supporting documents are submitted together with your claim.
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
Make sure you have:

☑ Purchased during the applicable campaign period
☑ Purchased through a participating authorised reseller / Business Partner
☑ Kept your DO, invoice or proof of purchase
☑ Recorded your radio serial number(s)
☑ Submitted your claim within the redemption deadline
☑ Provided all required supporting documents
☑ Ensured the serial number has not been previously redeemed
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This campaign is open to end customers in Malaysia who purchase eligible Motorola Solutions two-way radios from participating authorised resellers / business partners during the applicable campaign period.
- Purchases must be made through participating authorised Motorola Solutions resellers / business partners in Malaysia.
- Each qualifying transaction is eligible for one reward tier only and rewards cannot be combined.
- Each radio serial number may only be submitted for redemption once under this campaign.
- Serial numbers previously submitted or redeemed under any previous campaign are not eligible.
- All claims are subject to verification and approval by Triple Access Sdn Bhd. Submission of a claim does not automatically guarantee a reward.
- Triple Access Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject claims containing incomplete or inaccurate information, invalid or previously redeemed serial numbers, unverified Business Partner purchases, late submissions, or suspected fraudulent, duplicated or manipulated activity.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
- Touch ’n Go eWallet rewards are subject to the applicable Touch ’n Go terms and conditions and eWallet programme requirements.
- Triple Access Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, modify, extend, suspend or terminate the campaign or its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
- Triple Access Sdn Bhd’s decision regarding the eligibility and approval of any claim shall be final.
- This campaign is subject to applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
