Campaign Period: 15 August 2025 – 25 September 2025
Triple Access Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”) is conducting a promotional campaign in collaboration with Motorola Solutions. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW
This campaign aims to reward end customers to purchase eligible two-way radios by offering
Touch N’ Go (TNG eWallet credits) as rewards for purchases made through authorized channels in Malaysia.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 This campaign is open to all end customers who purchase eligible Motorola Solutions two-way radio models from authorized resellers and business partners in Malaysia.
2.2 Only purchases made within the campaign period (15 August – 25 September 2025) will be considered valid.
2.3 Each submission must include proof of purchase (Delivery Order) with product serial numbers.
2.4 Redemption is limited to one-time use per unique product serial number. Serial numbers previously redeemed in past campaigns are not eligible.
3. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS
All Motorola Solutions two-way radio models are eligible for this campaign except for certain Professional Commercial Radios (PCR). The following models are eligible for redemption:
- R2
- XiR P66Xi Series
- XiR E86XXi Series
- M6660 Digital Mobile
- M86i Mobile Series
- TLK Series Radios
- RG170
4. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
4.1 Eligible participants must complete the official redemption form provided via the campaign’s official platform.
4.2 Participants must upload:
- Clear proof of purchase (delivery order),
- Product serial number(s),
- Company name (if applicable), and
- Contact information (email and contact number).
4.3 Redemption submissions will be verified and processed by the Organizer. Submissions with incomplete or inaccurate information will be deemed invalid.
5. REWARD STRUCTURE

| Buy 15 Units & Above | RM450 |
5.1 All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for cash.
5.2 Rewards will be sent via email to the registered address within 30-60 working days upon successful verification.
6. REDEMPTION PROCESS & TIMELINE
- Redemption form submission: Open from 15 August – 25 September 2025
- Reward fulfilment: Within 30 working days of submission approval
- Final round of TNG credit sending: 31 November 2025
7. GENERAL TERMS
7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to verify all redemption details including, but not limited to, purchase invoice validity and serial number authenticity.
7.2 Any fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicated entries will be disqualified without notice.
7.3 The Organizer shall not be responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected redemptions due to technical or other issues.
7.4 By participating in this campaign, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of processing their redemption.
7.5 The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign or any of its terms without prior notice.
7.6 All decisions made by the Organizer are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
