A Collaborative Initiative by Motorola Solutions • Triple Access • Channel Partners

Campaign Overview

This campaign aims to highlight successful Motorola Solutions deployments across Malaysia by documenting real-world use cases that demonstrate our technology’s impact. We invite our partners to collaborate by submitting qualified case studies, in exchange for a RM10,000 reward per approved and published story.

Partner Participation Requirements

To participate and qualify for the reward, partners must:

  1. Identify a qualified end customer who meets the criteria below.
  2. Coordinate with the customer to:
    • Obtain written consent for the use of logos and branding.
    • Confirm public willingness to be featured in a case study.
    • Submit completed Case Study Template + high-resolution photos (minimum 5–7 images) showing actual system deployment.
  3. Support Triple Access in reviewing and collecting required information for publication.

Reward Criteria

  • RM10,000 reward will be granted per completed and approved case study.
  • Reward will be issued after official publication and formal customer approval for public use.
  • Only two (2) case studies will be selected for this campaign across all participating partners.
  • Only qualified and published submissions will receive rewards.

Deliverables Required (Per Case Study)

  • 1x PDF Case Study
  • 5–7 High-Resolution Photos of system usage or site (to be submitted by partner/customer)
  • Completed Case Study Template
  • Formal approval for public branding and story use (provided by customer)

End Customer Qualification Criteria

To qualify, customers must:

  • Deploy 2 or more Motorola Solutions components, such as:
    • MOTOTRBO Radios
    • VB400 Body-Worn Cameras
    • HALO Smart Sensors
    • WAVE PTX / WAVE Users
    • Dispatch Systems
  • Meet minimum deployment scale:
    • 25x MOTOTRBO Radios
    • 5x VB400 or 5x HALO Cameras
    • 25x WAVE Users
  • Demonstrate system integration (e.g., radios + dispatch, bodycam + video analytics).
  • Be willing to provide on-site photos and permit logo and name use publicly.

Submission Process

  1. Identify & confirm eligible customer(s).
  2. Fill in the Case Study Template.
  3. Submit to: lisayoo@tripleaccess.com.my (Subject: [Case Study Submission – Partner Name])
  4. Triple Access will review and respond within 7-14 working days.
  5. Upon approval & publication, the reward will be processed.

Priority Use Cases & Focus Areas

We welcome nominations from all sectors, particularly:

  • Manufacturing & Factory Operations
  • Healthcare & Hospitals
  • Logistics / Transport Command Centers
  • Emergency Responders & Security Firms

Bonus Priority: At least one story from East Malaysia (Sabah or Sarawak) is strongly encouraged.
