The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while managing and growing client relationships. This role involves selling mission-critical communication and security solutions, including communication systems, body-worn cameras, CCTV, and related technologies. The successful candidate will work independently, engage closely with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and achieve sales targets.
Proactively hunt for new leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across various industries and sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and potential leads.
Present and promote company solutions, including communication systems, body-worn cameras, CCTV, and security technologies.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and provide basic technical insights to customers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and regular sales reports.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close deals independently.
Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Candidates with STPM / SPM and strong sales experience are encouraged to apply.
3–5 years of proven sales experience; experience in B2B, technology, security systems, ICT, or communication solutions is an advantage.
